TAR-21 w/ silencer or ACR w/ rds

Tough one for me, either ACR Red dot, or UMP 45 w/ Akimbo M93 Raffica combo.

TAR 21 has a 30 round mag the scar has 20 : ( o and the red dot it is custom on theTAR 21. TAR 21 shoots faster and is less accreate the scar is as accreate as a sniper but slow fire rate. but most like the scar it is the best rounded gun in the game not including the m16

This is a very general question. o.o It really depends on what your doing and what situation your in. Different weapons can be good for different environments and players.
