I found something that might help you, I ran across this issue but if anyone else has this problem this little work around might help
If anyone needs a more step-by-step guide, here is how you do it:
* Rename your Launcher.exe located in the Allods Online/bin folder to whatever you want. * Run the renamed laucher file. * Wait. After a while it will have downloaded and installed the patch. * Once the downloading and patching is complete run the renamed laucher file again. * Wait for the it to check the game and download the new Launcher.exe file * If you got the corruption error on the first patch you may need to repeat the above instuctions for the next patch
*Edit, I noticed I put you're instead of your, ugh bad grammar :-( *
