If you registered before the date & time of 11 Jun 2008 09:58 you are eligible for an exclusive APB beta key. Make sure go to their site and log in to get your beta key.
To be honest I do not know if getting a beta key gets you into beta immediately. I would imagine if not it means you will at some point be allowed in the Closed Beta.
