You know what I love though of all fights especially with fighters making a comeback from a loss or hiatus? Is the pre-fight hype talk and the post-fight rationalization, for example, something like this:

"Im in the best shape of my career, and I didnt take it serious before but I was dominating people with no effort, just going with the flow of it all. I am going to take advantage, control, and pick a part so and so"

Then they get swept up by their opponent and lose:

"Well, I felt like I didnt work enough on my cardio and punch work. I wasnt really focused as I could have been. I wasnt feeling as 100% as I thought I did."

Its like, just say that you didnt train as hard as you did and the other guy was better than you. Which some do say and some don't.

Forrest after the Fight inside the Ring during his interview with Joe Rogan apologized to Anderson Silva. He said he ment no disrespect when he ran out of the ring, He wanted to put on a good fight and that he broke him. So he was embarrassed.

Oh yeahhhh, I read about the running out in the silva fight. I was like WTF? Like, okay, was it THAT bad that you had to run out? I like Griffin as a person cause he seems like a cool, funny guy and hes a pretty good fighter. I HAVE to see these fights on their designated nights, not 4 months later on spike!
