I'm going to guess that getting it used now may be less than 20$ and if you purchase the content (I think there is five downloadable content each one costing 800 points = 10$) so that leads to a grand total of 60$ I'm guessing if you got fallout 3 used for 10$. So, I guess it would be the same?

*Shrugs* I use enough MS Points that having a stock pile doesn't really bother me.
