Nightwish died with the Once album for me. And officially when Tarja was kicked out.
I still have my signed Oceanborn cd and I remember what Tarja smelled like when I gave her a hug :I *creeps* |

I saw them twice, the first time was amazing to my young little mind :I And I was like in a trance the entire time. Now I'm old and mature and prefer bumping into fat hairy men in the mosh pit at proper methul concerts :p

I lost interest in Nightwish. Used to be real big into them, and I just moved on to other things. In hindsight, both singers weren't that good. Just my opinion.

Same here, they were really good back when. I suppose I outgrew them :I or my taste just drastically changed into something better! |

When I read the lyrics, that's when I ceased to take them seriously. There are only so many times you can use the words "virgin snow" and "little boy". Also, if you really listen to Tarja, her voice isn't very good. It sounds extremely forced. As for Annette, she was too poppish for my liking.
