I say call of duty 4 360. u gotta clear an airplane in 2 min. on veteran i did it after like a few days of consitantly trying!

Lots of people have it. It's the last one I have to get. It's really easy to boost in campaign, but I don't have the patience for it.

RPGs generally have the hardest or most time consuming achievements. Street Fighter is pretty damn time consuming as well--level up all characters to rank C in multiplayer (35 characters @ 20 wins a piece without losing will do that), earn all titles and icons, which probably means beating arcade on the hardest difficulty with each character and clearing all of the trials.. yeah, it's pretty crazy.

Dance Dance Revolution, believe it or not. When you get to challenge mode.. it's scary.

japanese rpgs are the most time consuming but I'd have to say EA games have hardest achieves because they are constantly shutting down servers thus leaving many achievements un-unlockable haha
