Whats your favorite genre or style of Anime? I myself enjoy the oldschool anime's with swordplay and epic battles that involve decapitation and large volumes of blood spraying out like a damn fire hose.

I've also been getting into the whole "New boy goes to school populated by thousands of hot girls" I think partially because thats always been a little immature fantasy of mine, to be the only guy at some boarding school full of ladies. Aside from the pervy aspect there is actually alot of really funny dialog and I was surprised the plots of some of them were actually so well constructed.

So how about you guys? Any favorite artstyles or Genre's?

Pucks. xD I got into anime with Sailormoon, so I kind of like the superhero chick thing. Utena's good because it's got swordplay, but also crazy themes and some weird shit going on all around.

And Death Note. The murder/mystery genres never cease to become boring if they have a good basis to even exist.

Sailormoon was fun, but is it just me or did her voice drive everyone else to running their fingernails down chalkboards to drown out the sound?
:P I still say Bleach or Inuyasha are the best but Code Geass wasn't too bad either. (In other words... Sword slicing with the occasional manipulative genius)
