Ok so ive heard a lot about Fallout but i havent done my research on it... whats it about? is it good? and will I like it as much as I like my Call of Duty?

The Fallout series is a post nuclear FPS-RPG. It plays like an fps with a very interesting storyline to follow as you advance your character with experience and raise skills. You get to pick how good or evil your character by choices to help or screw over people you run into in the game. If you like first person shooters I'm sure you'd like Fallout 3... if you'd like an fps with a little more pow then you'd probably love Fallout 3.

That depends on what Fallouts you like. Older or newer, chances are you're gonna play Fallout 3 which is more like a weak FPS but in a GIANT world with loads of content but it is by no means an action game, or a multiplayer one.

Fallout is a good game if you like to explore and take your time. The wasteland, the place you walk around is huge. To me, it's a nice game to relax to and kind of do whatever you want on your own time.

Yeah no doubt. I put in like 35 hours with my evil chick character and another 50+ with my good guy.
