I would definitely have to lean towards Mega Man 3 at the moment. I am huge Megaman fan.

It is a hard choice, but for me it is Dragon Warrior IV followed closely by Final Fantasy, Dragon Warrior III, and The Legend of Zelda.

I know it's been a while since people replied to this, but I decided to throw my hat in anyway. If I were to pick one title I like, it's either Demon Sword or Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse.
